We've been holding drop-in meditation circles here at Sacred Spaces for 10 years now! Fresh, alive and simple, they are touch points of sanity and happiness for many friends. There are drop-in groups each week - Wednesdays at 7 pm and/or Friday mornings at 9. Each has their own flavor. Both are by donation - $10 is suggested, $5 is good if you are lower income.
